*Our Monday to Friday business hours are uniquely late as students usually spend time practising UCAT Preparation subtests in the afternoons and evenings after homework is complete. We recommend students do a Subtest a day to improve time management.

We check our emails continuously throughout the day, and if your issue is long or non-urgent, we suggest you e-mail us at office@ucat.education. We should reply to your e-mail either immediately, or within the day at the latest.

Frequently asked questions

  • Will I be charged AUD$5$100 per month without any extra charges? Yes, it will be charged monthly. In order to opt out e-mail us at office@ucat.education.
  • Can I join any time? Yes, you may join any time from Year 9 and Year 10 but if you are in Year 11 or 12, we recommend you join as early as possible such that you receive maximum benefits of the program.
  • What if I forget my login details for Canvas? Either contact your mentor or e-mail office@ucat.education or you may call the number above and speak to one of our staff during our business hours.
  • When does the course finish? The course concludes for you when you decide to opt out of the course. 
  • Can I opt out any time? Yes, you can opt out anytime after the first 3 months. Send an email to office@ucat.education and we will make the necessary changes to our system. 
  • What if I still have difficulty with a question even though the answers were explained? Take a snapshot send it to your mentor. They should respond immediately. 
  • What if I have difficulty in navigating Canvas? Contacting your mentor is the fastest way to do this. You should have many avenues of contacting your mentor.

Our refund policy

Once you have made an application, you cannot receive a refund for your payment for the initial ten weeks unless there are instances of major faults with our services to you. If we have not delivered what was promised in our services to you or if you have a reason to no fault of your own (parents), then a refund is valid. In such a case where the fault is with the consumer, you must provide documents to support your reasons.

A simple ‘change of mind’ does not suffice as a reason to request a refund or cancellation for our services. Please think carefully before considering applying to our course, or a refund or cancellation of services. You may send details of your request for a refund or cancellation to office@ucat.education and you will receive a response within 24 hours.

Our delivery and payment policy

  1. Once you submit your application and your payment is made, you will receive an e-mail within 24-hours of your application.

  2. The e-mail will be containing details of how to access our materials such as your login details and where to access your UCAT quizzes. You will also receive a phone call from our team to ensure you are accessing your materials within 24-hours.

  3. You will be charged AUD$50-$100 (depending on your course) again on the same day on the next month that you have made your application. For example if you made your application on the 7th of May,  you will be charged again on the 7th June. You will be charged with the card that you have used to make your payment. If you wish to change your payment details, please send an e-mail to office@ucat.education.

  4. This course runs indefinitely and the first three months are mandatory. You may then wish to opt out by sending an email to office@ucat.education. The course will otherwise continue until you decide to cease the course.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY

UCAT Education will not share any personal information that you have provided to us through your application, or any correspondences that you may have with our team. Your information will only be used within our company and not shared with any third party member. If you have any concerns, and wish to discuss this matter, either book or a phone appointment or email us at office@ucat.education.

We understand that the information you have provided for us is of sensitive nature and we will ensure that all information is safeguarded from any hacking.
